Suitflow is software for men's formalwear shops that need wedding parties, measurements, alterations, vendor orders, messages, pickups, and returns in one place.
A product for formalwear shops
In December 2025, Stammen Technology launched Suitflow at Suitflow.app. The product is built for men's formalwear shops where event dates, customer measurements, tailoring, vendor orders, and pickup timing all have to line up.
When that work lives across spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper notes, small misses turn into rushed follow-up. Suitflow gives the shop a shared place to see what is ready, what is waiting, and who needs the next message.
What the first release covers
Suitflow keeps wedding parties, party members, roles, measurements, notes, alteration tasks, vendor order status, conversations, pickup timing, and returns tied to the same event record.
The first release stays close to daily shop work: add active weddings, enter open tasks, review Today's Work, and move the next action forward before it becomes a problem.
Why it belongs in the portfolio
Suitflow is part of the Stammen Technology product portfolio because it solves a narrow problem with enough detail to be useful in real shop work.
The public site includes screenshots, operating areas, pricing, support, and demo paths for shops that want to evaluate the platform.
What the launch includes
- Core rental and wedding work in one system instead of scattered spreadsheets, inboxes, and notes.
- Daily views for missing measurements, due-soon alterations, vendor ETAs, blocked pickups, and unread replies.
- A Stammen Technology product built around one specific shop workflow.
