During 2024, Stammen Technology moved away from general tech support and put more of the company around three service areas: websites, custom software, and AI and automation tied to real business work.
That changed how new projects were evaluated. The question became less, What tool should be used? and more, What has to happen every day for the business, customer, or staff member using it?
Services took a sharper shape
The service mix settled into managed business websites, custom software development, and AI and automation consulting and implementation. Product work continued through focused Stammen Technology offerings.
Website projects still include the basics: hosting, forms, content structure, updates, and the details that keep a site usable after launch. Custom software and AI and automation projects focus on improving workflows that have outgrown inboxes, spreadsheets, or repeated manual follow-up.
Support stayed part of the work
The shift also made after-launch support a bigger part of the standard. Projects needed to account for credentials, hosting, documentation, update paths, and the next set of changes.
That remains the company's operating model: build systems that can be understood, maintained, and improved after the first version is live.
